These terms apply when you use PetStickerMaker. By uploading a photo or buying a sticker, you agree to them.
1. The service
You upload a photo of your pet, we generate a sticker preview using AI, and if you love it you pay a one-time price to download the high-quality version.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You can use the service as a guest; if you save stickers to an account, you log in via a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display them — solely to provide the service (generating your sticker, showing previews, delivering purchases). Only upload photos you have the right to use.
4. Generated stickers
Once you purchase a sticker, it's yours — we assign you our rights in the generated image, and you can use it personally or commercially. We may retain copies for delivery, debugging, and abuse prevention.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- No uploading photos of people or pets you don't have permission to use.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service.
We may refuse to process or remove content that violates these rules.
6. Payments
Stickers are one-time USD purchases processed by Stripe. PetStickerMaker is the merchant, and the price is shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. AI-generated results
Stickers are generated by AI and results vary — the preview you see is the sticker you get. If you're unhappy with a purchase, our Refund Policy covers regeneration or a refund; AI output quality is not otherwise warranted.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep purchased stickers available in your gallery.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence are unaffected.
