The preview is free. You see exactly what your sticker looks like before paying, and failed generations are never charged.
Not happy? We'll make it right
If something is wrong with the sticker you purchased, email support@petstickermaker.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll either regenerate your sticker or refund you — we handle each request personally, case by case.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
